    1. I am being to start strength what exercises should I do?

    2. Do i work every body part by doing iso and compound exercises or do I do compound exercises?

3.Is the frequency same as HST full body 3 times a week or should i do a 5 day split and on average how many sets and reps should I do ?

    Thanks

take it from no responses that no one understood what I meant

for the first question do i do exercises like power cleans dead lifts or do i do normal excises like bicep curls shoulder press and rows.

for the second question should i do ISO exercises or do i do compound or mixture of both?

Is the frequency the same as HST 3 day split working full body or is it a five day split just working 1-2 muscle groups

info on sst would help and hope this helps

    Thanks

How long have you been lifting?

I would recommend that you pick up a copy of Mark Rippetoe's book "Starting Strength". Here is an article by Mark Rippetoe that is essentially the routine he recommends in the book. However, if you are not proficient in the lifts he recommends then you should get the book because it will help you learn to do the lifts properly.
