Hello and welcome to the Strength-Specific Training (SST) Forum. This forum was created to provide a place for open discussion of ALL training principles, programs, theories, issues and methods related to building strength. Although this is the Official home of HST, the forum is for anybody and everybody who has an interest in exercise. Everyone, no matter what their beliefs or opinion, is welcome.

My goal for creating this forum was to provide a place for accurate and unbiased training information to be disseminated freely. This goal can only be accomplished if an atmosphere of respect and common courtesy prevails. This is of utmost importance if this forum is to become THE place on the internet for the exchange of training information.

If we protect the atmosphere of this forum, we will have the opportunity of inviting the greatest minds in our industry to come here and exchange ideas and information, to the betterment of all of us.
