very low frequency SST?

I wonder what the best SST-program would be if I can only train once per week (I know it will be far from optimal)?
 
I'd do some sort of 3 x 3 and chuck in some extra accessory work after the big lifts are done, depending on time. Then I'd look for ways to do bw stuff in the week - eg. dips, chins, pistols, handstand press against wall etc.
