Training Log.

So I'm looking to end up at 7% body fat weighing 165 lbs (first goal).

I weigh 145 pounds at the time of this post.


I'm training in this order:

Shoulders
Chest
Lats
Middle/Lower Traps
Upper Traps
Biceps
Triceps
Quads
Calves
Hams
Inner thigh
Glutes
Lower Back
Abs
Forearms

I'm planning to reach my goal this way:
- Lean gain
- Maintain/cut while increasing my strength.

I'm using 8/16 intermittent fasting.

i did a SD for 6 days, will be starting working out again today..


i also found a way to grow taller after growth plate fuse, nothing you've ever heard of, ill let you guys know how it goes.

ive been doing a lot of research
 
Is there a special reason why you are trying to hit so many different body parts? Or, well, I'm assuming from what you posted that you are doing 15 different exercises?
 
yes, but its only 2 sets for not so important ones and 3 sets for important ones (delts, chest, back, legs)

i can afford to do it, because i recover well and feel like the other parts can use some attention
