Substitute for Hyperextensions

    I am doing Bill Starr's 5x5 intermediate linear progression. I do not have the equipment for hypers, so I need a substitute.

    I was thinking good mornings might be a good choice. Is there a better option?

    Good Mornings or SLDL's... if you are going with Starr's 5x5, then I assume there is already a regular Deadlift in there. Good Mornings seem like a wise choice.

    I agree with Colby, although I hate them more than front squats, good mornings are a good exercise.
