whats everyones take on partial reps? they sound good in theory for breaking into new weight territory. im thinking of doing a couple of sets of them on fridays workout for bench deads and squats using my goal weight that im aiming to do for full reps.
I like partial reps during the last week of negatives. I workout by myself, so partials are good to get into the new weight territory. However, losing range of motion prevents loaded stretches. Therefore, I do them only during that time.
