Hi guys
i'm new new in this forum, i write from Italy, so excuse me for bad english.
I'm very interested in HST's principles, but my primary goal is strength, not hypertrophy. I've done a fast reading to this forum, in particular this section (SST), but i haven't found an example of SST workout. Do you think that is only question to change the range of repetitions and remain in the 1-5 reps

Im not familar with the SST programs. So no help there, however with your goals being primarly strength what are you looking for? Are you looking for speed-strength? Overal strength, ie just to become stronger?
