i use 125 mcg Chromium added at breakfast and 125 mcg of it at my evening meal.
here in the netherlands where i live its cheap, 12 euro for a bottle for a 50 days supply.
it appears to fasten the breakdown of fatcells ( didnot read any research on that though) but also it appears to lower the appetite for sweet-sugarrich foods. this last statement could be true because having dieted for 6 weeks now parallel to my first HST cycle, i didnot have any cravings whatsoever for sugar.
i must say though that the only fastcarb i took during this period ( chocolatedextrosepowder added to the pre and post HSTworkout-proteinshakes) tasted reallly good!
i would say as long as its cheap to buy, give it the benifit of the doubt , just integrate it in your cutting diet.
