    So do i do 6 weeks of 15 reps, then 6 of 10 reps, then 6 of 5 reps the SD? Or so i do week 1 and 2, 15 rep, 3 and 4, 10 rep, 5 and 6, 5 rep, then SD? What is eccentric and when do you do it? and when do you do negatives? every rep or another set of just a negative or two? thanks!

As for my diet, within the past year is were I really started to get health concious and picky making sure i get all the food groups each...
