    I am currently in my last week of my first HST cycle so I have'nt SDed yet. ALthough I have taken a week off from training before and I have always been stronger when returning. I find it unusual that you guys feel so much weaker. Maybe 1 week won't be long enough of an SD for me? Joe G

    I would not do the 15s for every compound movement (this seems as though it was invented by the guys on the forum in order to get their "pump"). And try doing only one set of isolations, you could even superset the 1 set for biceps and triceps, that would save a lot of time. Joe G
