    Bench Press Form

I think that in terms of training for bigger boobs, youi shouldnt arch your back like a PL, but there should be a natural arch in the upper and lower back, not completely flat as some would do it.  Leg drive will be limited in this position, but some is needed, mainly to maintain a good solid base

    Bench Press Form

Sorta, but its nearly impossibly to take the bar that low :) its different than a normal bench, so its gotta go close to the shoulders

    Bench Press Form

lowering the bar to the same level as your shoulders may increase its pec training emphasis, but it also creates a much higher risk of injuries to the poor shoulders.

    Bench Press Form

Shoulders should be shrugged back under your body, traps held tight. Creates a more stable base. The bar at the end of the movemnet will have to be in a line over the shoulders otherwise you cant support the load. Bar should be taken down to around nipple line or slightly below and then pressed...

    DOMs and Inflammation

For interests sake, a couple of charts to show the 'differences' between measurement of FSR and MPS (it also shows MPB in this - FBR is a similar concept to FSR) One has a time component in the measurement as a requirement. The other just has a time component for utilities sake (they can...

incline dumbbell vs incline barbbell for mass

no, that one is from Tudor Bompa's book and I cant remember where he got it from. Nobody else seems to be worried too much. I have a paper from a few years back with activity of various muscles from decline, flat, incline and shoulder press over 2 width grips... here goes the table.. (I just...

    Bench set up

none at all if thats what you want to do. depends on what you mean by flaring. Keeping the elbows flared througout the entire movement (bbr style to the high chest) may not be great on the shoulders. BAsically the best technique is to take it low, which requires tucking the elbows slightly...

From what I remember of him, that is correct. its been a looong time since i read his book. off all of the people I have met, or talked to I think I know one big vegetarian.  Mike Mahler (sp?) its not to say that a vegetarian wont get big, its just sometimes a touch harder, so they are less...

    xfactor and HST

from an old post 1) The involvement of additional AA in the stimulation of protein synthesis (Via Pg) will be small. (dose response) 2) you better stop taking your fish oils, as they will directly compete (and the enzymes like them better) with AA for conversion into the Pg 3) dont take any...

anecdotal reports are about as reliable as train timetables, and a lot of them initially reported joint pain and infections. DOMs is not required. What AA does do is increase inflammation, one of the potential causes of DOMS is inflammation... doesnt mean muscle growth If you want that...

incline dumbbell vs incline barbbell for mass

    xfactor and HST

I have commented on this forum before about AA supplementation. It will work best if you remove all n-3s from your diet as they only interfere with the resulting inflammatory state. It will probably increase your risk of heart disease and some of the other inflamatory diseases as well.
