    They sell a protein drink at my gym which contains 50g of protein. I am thinking of buying one of these each time i go, e.g 3 times a week. When would be the best time to drink it? Straight after the workout? Later that day? The day after? Cheers!

    Hey Everybody! Cam anyone give me some advice on whether this supplement works for fat burning. Apparently it works by transporting fat cells to the area's it can be used for energy or soemthing like that! Any thoughts / suggestions on this?
