You're already on a myostatin blocker!!!

I found that and other articles in there like the D3 vitamin being a hormone, increasing testosterone. I'm upping my dosage to 1600IU from the 400 we've been taking.
That said, the studies didn't exactly put the subjects in a hyperanabolic state or anything, but every bit of help is still help. I wish I was a responder to creatine, but alas, I'm in the 30% who don't.
