when to take EFA's

I've got these lovely and cheap fish oil tabs.

When do I take them?

I've so far been taking them 2x/day, with the first and last large meal of the day. My reasoning is that I remember hearing that EFAs, when stored as adipose tissue, will make that fatty tissue more prone to be used later. So if I take them with a big meal, afterwards, when I theoretically am storing fat instead of burning it, some of what is stored will be EFA's, making it easier to lose later.

Sounds like complicated rationale in retrospect. Is this correct?

Calkid, this is what Bryan has said in the Supplement FAQ

Quote[/b] ]take your fish oils after a meal or after carbs. The carb load to the liver will decrease the oxidation of the fatty acids and allow more to pass through into the blood for storage. This is good when it comes to omega-3s and CLA.

I take mine after Breakfast (8 Capsules) and again after Dinner (8 capsules) upped it recently to try and get 6 grams of EHA-DHA
