Most of you probably know this already, but here's a (trivial) tip. I usually take my Primer and Driver in water. Primer in milk defeats the fast-absorption purpose. And I usually don't have milk handy immediately after a gym session, so I don't mix Driver with it either. Chocolate in water is sort of nasty. No offense to Bryan and HSN -- ANY chocolate protein in water tastes pretty bad. (I've elsewhere noted that HSN proteins actually taste better than comparable products.) But if you mix them in hot water, it's like hot cocoa. Improves the taste and makes mixing much easier. Primer with creatine in hot water is great. Maybe a trivial tip, but I hope it helps the more finicky Primer/Driver users out there.
