The Stomach Vacuum

    I know abs mainly comes through diet, they're made in the kitchen. However, I am just wondering how many of you guys actually do this exercise, the "stomach vacuum," to hit the trans abs and reduce the bloated look of your stomach. Insights from some of the pros here are highly appreciated.
    Also is it even safe to do this exercise...

    I don't do it. It's not like you can progress the resistance on it anyway. It's just an endurance exercise.

    I always thought it was for posing effect I say give the kitchen its due first. Some of that "bloating" could be visceral fat located between your abdominis and organs.
