Supplements timing

Finally my new cycle ca start after a full 15 day sd and this is my supplementation plans (very simple indeed).
working 3 times with an am pm split and having:
Solid meal about 2-2,5 hours before w/o,
30g Optimum nutrition whey (cheapest whey I can find,hope they are good) and 25g maltodex before each w/o,
a solid meal (lunch and dinner) right after each w/o (cannot afford another protein shake here),
a tbs cod liver oil after dinner.

Thought to take whey 20 min before w/o and maltodex right before (to have both peaking by the end of w/o without cho encourage "amino stealing" by liver and gut) what do u think about this timing?
How long does it take to whey and maltodex to peak and how long to start?
 
please tell me if maltodex right before is too late and also if I should take whey later than 20 min before (consider that after w/o I can have only slow proteins like steak or eggs.
I wouldnt really like to waste my supp.

Aminos from whey will peak in the blood stream approximately 30 mins after administration. So you can take it 30 mins before, or anytime that is suitable before. Max blood glucose from ~25-50g sugar will hit 15-30mins after taking it as well, so you can split them if you want, but its just as easy to take them together.
Dont worry about amino acid 'stealing' in the gut, because the sheer quantity of protein will overcome any problems

Would be better to split whey in 15g before and 15g after w/o?
I'm asking this because I was reading somewhere that to have hyperaminoacidemia you should have at least a 25-30g serving of protein.

I usually have a full scoop before AND after with some OJ. Then I have a full meal soon after that. With my AM/PM split I'm getting about 120g protein from whey alone. Add another 100g from food.
