Finally my new cycle ca start after a full 15 day sd and this is my supplementation plans (very simple indeed).
working 3 times with an am pm split and having:
Solid meal about 2-2,5 hours before w/o,
30g Optimum nutrition whey (cheapest whey I can find,hope they are good) and 25g maltodex before each w/o,
a solid meal (lunch and dinner) right after each w/o (cannot afford another protein shake here),
a tbs cod liver oil after dinner.
Thought to take whey 20 min before w/o and maltodex right before (to have both peaking by the end of w/o without cho encourage "amino stealing" by liver and gut) what do u think about this timing?
How long does it take to whey and maltodex to peak and how long to start?
