I consider a digestive enzyme product that contains soy lecithine at a dose of 50 Mg per serving. I would have up to 250 Mg of daily supplementation with soy lecithine this way.

Is this an issue? Should I avoid soy lecithine ?

No reason to avoid soy lecithin. It's best to take it with other oil-based or fat soluble supplements as it will improve absorption by acting as an emulsifier. Plus, the phospholipids are good for you.
