SLDL back injury and HST

Hi,

Yesterday I was doing my 5th of the 10's. Everything is nice except that I hurt my back by doing SLDL. My form was good ( I think) but I think I just put too much weight.

So my back hurts somewhat. My question is what exercise can replace the SLDL and while my back is healing should I continue with my workouts and drop all back excersies or should I take a few days off?

hmmm not sure how long you want to rest it -- that depends on how bad it is. A few days could work wonders or it could take a few weeks. SLDL is basically a ham and lower back exercize so you could just do leg curls for your hams.
 
Your back is involved almost in every movement. I would advise to rest for few days and see what happens. It better to take a pause for couple days than hurt yourself more and be away weeks.
