Serious Injury Here!!!

I was doing bench today, and i felt something real nasty in my left pec/shoulder. It felt like an ache almost, and it was really killing me. My shoulder and chest arent sore to the touch at all, it almost feels like its really tight. I did some pushups to try and see if that would hurt it but pushups didnt bother me at all. Maybe it has something to do with my grip? I do sort of a wide grip bench because it before it was hurting my shoulder alot otherwise. I really hope this isnt going to comprimise my training at all. This is my second to last day of 15's and im wondering if i should stop benching until i start my 10's on monday? replies would be greatly appreciated.
