I am busy testing my 15, 10, and 5 rep maxes this week, and I am pretty excited about trying HST. The only problem is that my 9-12 days of SD are comming up, and I work as a mover. I lift couches, boxes, dressers, etc. a good part of the day and I am worried that I will not be able to SD properly. When I lift a dresser, I know it is not like the slow and controlled reps in the gym, but I am certainly doing more than what most people recommend on this message board. Can HST still work for me?
