Screwed up first HST program

    I guess when I completed the HST calculator I took 1-6 to indicate weeks instead of workouts. MY 15s last for 6 weeks 10s for 6 weeks and 5 for 6 weeks, instead of 2 weeks for each. SO i am finishing my first 6 weeks of 15s, not sure what to do next. Honestly I think I should finish the 10 and 5 at 6 weeks, then SD and start again, correctly the next time

    What do you think?

    Yeah, continue on with the 10s and 5s for now. Then next cycle you can start over properly. Remember HST is a set of principles and not a fixed program. You're doing fine. [​IMG]

    do 2wks of 10s
    2wks of 5s
    2wks of negs or carry on with the 5s

    So you've been using the same load each workout for a week at a time?

    It certainly won't have done any harm but I for one would like to salute you Sir for doing 3 workouts with your 15RM loads. If you had squats and deads in your routine I'll take a bow as well. [​IMG]

    If you do as Faz said, the 10s and 5s will be much more fun. [​IMG]
