hey folkes
till now I eat salmon every day, but since this is really expensive (at least in my country - 100g are 5 $ so 30 x 5 = 150 bucks a month, just for fish....) and it kind of starts to su** after the first week...
so besides chicken and tuna (which both I allready eat as well) what is a good alternative to salmon that has a similair nutritional profile - good bunch of protein, some efa's...? I need some ideas...should be something that you do not have to prepare (this would be best!
I allready do eat
chicken
tuna
veggis and salads
rice
quark (think you call it fresh cheese?!
oatmeal
eggs
and salmon and potatos - but as I said this fish is just to expensive...
