The one thing to watch with a rowing machine is that you can go anaerobic very easily. Doing some gentle rowing would be a great warm up but don't over do it.
I don't know, but I love rowing. I really get into it and just wanna pull that cross bar out of the wall. I don't know if that's good or not but sometimes, you just got to do it cos it feels so good.
I wish i had a machine at home.
