i mix up my protein drink with water and glucose in the morning at 6am at 2pm i have 400ml then train and have another 400ml....is that making the drink less effective...is their a time limit to drink protein after it has been mixed :D

I'm not going to be scientific about this, and I don't need to be. There was a thread similar to this a month and a half ago. Protein is protein, whether it is mixed with water or other stuff. The protein in your chicken isn't going to degrade while sitting in your fridge, it didn't go anymore - some may be loss while it is being cooked however, but that doesn't apply to shakes.

Nope, absolutely not.

Yes, until the mixture turns stale. For example, if you are drinking milk, the time limit is until the milk goes bad (turns sour).

Given good storage conditions, you could probably leave a long time. But if its outside of the fridge, it will go off (bugs) similarly to milk, maybe a bit less.

Leave your protein shake into a car for a couple days in a hot weather and enjoy the full aroma of that bacterial culture...i did :D
