Protein and calories

Hi All,
I’m having some problems reconciling all the info about diet. The main problem at the moment is the whole 1g/pound protein vs. keeping protein intake at 15% of calories.
If I take the recommended gram / pound (200g of protein in my case) then my daily calorie intake needs to be over 5300 cal to keep protein at 15% !! I am bulking, but that’s extreme

15% protein is just a theoretical recommendation. Don't fret about it. Besides, you don't really need 1gr/pound when bulking. Go with 2gr protein per lean kg. If you are 90kg and 15% bf, this would be about 150gr of protein. With 4000 kcal for bulking, protein is at 15%. Sounds good to me.

It's a bit of relief actually as I'm struggling to cram down that much protein.
