I was going to buy all of them, but I read an article where it stated that if my goal was to gain lean mass and not much fat, I should use Primer and Drive Plus. And I believe it said to eat around the maintenance calories you're supposed to eat (where can I find that again, I know I've seen it somewhere around here). Am I right on this, and is there other nutritional tips anyone can give me? Oh, and can anyone tell me about the carbing up and cutting carbs thing. I haven't even started SD yet, but I'm halfway through finding my maxes.
