Post workout carbs too much?

I use to think you should go by the 2:1 ratio for carbs: protein post workout. However, lately I ve been reading some artciles that say carbs should be around 140 g. I am doing AM/Pm workout for HST, that would mean 280 g of carbs is already from post workout, I dont know, but I think it too much.
 
try to maintain them in 0,5g / lbs in your recovery drinks. However as you do split routine just go with the 2:1 keeping the carb in 0,25g / lbs
