Post HIIT Shake

After a regular HST training my post-workout shake is :

- 30g whey
- 30g maltodextrin
- 5g creatine.

In the non-HST training days I usually do 20m HIIT training.

What kind of post-HIIT shake I must use?
Im thinking on something like this :

- 30g whey
- 30g Carbs with low G.I.
- 5g creatine

In the “Getting rid of stubborn body fat - by Lyle McDonald” article, Lyle said “Go home, and wait and hour before having a small protein meal (25-50 grams or so).”

But if I do lyke Lyle said, doesn’t this protein will be converted to glucose to feed the muscles?

Whats the best post-HIIT shake to keep the maximum amount of muscle?

Hi!
Before my training I eat regular food.
I eat 200g of cottage cheese and 50g of whole bread.
