I finish of each WO with crunches and a set of broomstick twists with one of those padded weighted bar things.

Whats are the best exercises for obliques, I dont want to waste my time doing twists if they not so good! Seem to have to do lots for it to feel like anything!!

I like to do hanging leg raisies by raising your legs off center to target the obliques. I find they work great if you really concentrate on contracting the obliques. I also do swiss ball cross crunches and believe it or not regular alternating cross body crunches on the floor. These are supposed to be a beginner move for abs but I find that I can get a burn like nothing else if you really squeeze the contractions.

There are tons of other moves to hit the obliques with cables and weights etc... Just pick some that you really feel and you will be on your way.
