Not enough train days

Do to work and family i can only find the time to workout wed - sat.
What would be the best way to implement HST in that time period?

I know that if you want something bad enough you can find a way but really this is all the time i have.

Hi,

Single session full body workouts wednesday & thursday, semi-light cardio friday. Reach your rep max saturday, if possible doing a split session where you divide the whole body workout into two sessions for ultimate focus. If you can find the time (which you probably can't based on your post) do split sessions every day.

On off days (sunday-tuesday), you can probably squeeze in some ab work.
