I've been bulking up for these past few months and I began to notice some "extra baggage" around my abdomen region
, and summers right around the corner
. So I'm starting to cut down, including my diet plan and workout (Running 5x a week). But I'm wondering whether or not I should take NO-Explode, a mixture of Caffiene and creatine, that I just recently bought. I'm thinking its gonna be detrimental since it's known to be water weight, gives you cramps, alot of hydration involved, etc (And the people that say it's not creatine thats causing this, your scientifically probably right, but from my experience that's what happens to me personally
)
So I just need a second opinion on this, if it's going to be helpful or not during my cutting phase to take in creatine. I'm also taking protein shakes, but thats a given
