Posted this in the section training, but get very little response.
So i also post it here.
Im planning to start next week so i need to know or this is good, or how to do it good.
Im new to HST and since i read about it im very enthousiast.
I looked around and made a schema of wich i think is a good one.
Theres an A and a B part (A on mo,fr,we etc)(B on wed,mo,fr etc)
A
Squat 2 x
Leg Curl 2x
Standing Calf Raises 2x
Incline Dumbell Press 2x
Bent Over Row 2x
Shrugs 1x
Bent Over Raises 1x
Triceps Lying EZ 2x
Standing Dumbell Curl 2x
Leg Raises 2x
B
Stiff Legged Deathlift 2x
Leg Extension 2x
Sitting Calf Raises 2x
Chins 2x
Shrugs 1x
Upright Rows 2x
Cable Flyes 2x
Tricep Pulldown with Rope 2x
Standing Ez Curl 2x
Side Crunch 2x
Now what dou you think about this?
Is this ok?
And should i add Dumbel Press for front of shoulders?

I would do calf raises last and drop leg raises for full sit-ups (on a pad or bench)

I would swap seated calf raise for standing calf raise. I would drop upright rows all together. I would swap cable flies for something with a bar or dips. I would drop side crunch for full sit-ups.

This is less important than getting some pressing movements in there with a bar. Then, if your front delts are getting enough work, add something for them.

Thanx m8
Will remember this.
I have decided to start my first cycle with the basic routine (as on the webpage)
Think it's best to start simple and see what it does.
And later on i will use this routine.
