Need some help with my workout..

Here is my workout

Squats
Military press

Incline DB's
Rows

Wide grip pull ups
Dips

Standing Calf Raises
Shrugs
Standing DB Curls

backxtensions with weights
Ab Ball w/ medicine ball

My question is this on my 10's I have been trying to do 2 sets of each and doing them as super sets as they are listed But I am having troubles doing 2 sets of the Curls, incline's and wide grip pull ups.

Should I just do 1 set?
When I go to my 5's should I do 2 or 3 sets?

You can just do one set- you're working your bis to some extent with your compounds, so don't sweat it. Another thing you could try is a circuit (one set of each, then repeat)- just a thought...
