I feel like I'm whining whenever I bring this up...lol
But again, I'm feeling a lack of "drive" to keep at my routines! Nutrition is lacking... Feel lazy and unmotivated in general. And this is the time of year to really try and bulk and make some gains!
I'm sure I'm not the only one... But does anyone have any good tips to keep at it...? To keep yourself from "dropping out"...?
