I imported_dkm1987 Guest Jun 15, 2005 #2 Mixed or not it doesn't change much. I would recommend taking a Protein/Carb/Creatine (if you wish to mix) BEFORE work out rather than AFTER though. Glutamine has little effect on increasing muscle mass, but that's up to you if you wish to take it.
