I had the realization receintly that one could do HST everyday -- somehow I missed that over the past 3 years

So now I am in my 5s and I am just working out "when ever I can" some days it is am/pm --- sometimes it is 3 days in a row. It is a slow time at the office so I have time, I just don't have time on a consistant basis. So I am get them in where ever I can. I like it!! It seems to be working Now I have to watch overtraining, and going to failure too much. It is also tricky to record. It is doable because I am in my "post 5s" so there is not alot of progression. I don't recomend this for everyone I am not an expert here. But after 3 years I feel I "get" HST pretty well. So this is a pratical way to increase frequentcy, and to increase TUT. It ain't pretty --kind of messy -- but it works. Also since I am going heavy right now the workouts take longer. (8 plates on the leg press - takes a bit of time to rack and un-rack) This gives me the time. I am gonna have to watch overtraining and take some rest days......

just thought I would share

Yes, one could do HST everyday. Frequency of training (meaning how frequently you do HST) is simply another way of applying the same principles. As long as you don't overtrain, you are ok. The tricky part there is it is actually pretty hard, especially for beginners, to really gauge overtraining until they experience it.

I workout everyday, 7x a week. I wake up early in the morning, have breakfast, wait an hour usually by doing work on the computer, then I do my workout. I keep each exercise to only one good set, getting in as much reps as I can (still following a scheme of course). When I know I won't be able to workout the next day due to one reason or another, I do a little more volume on my workout. I had to stop deadlifting everyday though. It was pretty ok during the first week, but on the second week, I felt I was starting to get drained, so now I don't deadlift every day of the week, only twice or thrice. The workouts are pretty short, 20-30 minutes and it's over.
