It's just a bunch of crap mixed together with a cool sounding name tacked on. You'd be better off eating less, doing more cardio or even taking an EC stack, which would definitely work much much better than this stuff.
EC stack I've def considered, though I'm not really sure what to believe about the actual risk involved in taking this. I'm kind of a whimp about it, to be honest. I'm giving the ultimate diet 2.0 a whirl (and it is in that book that Lyle 'plugs' leptigen' as a possibility, pending further notice).
Leptinogen was a nice concept, but it never achievd anything.

Never mind that some of its main ingredients were found not to really influence leptin when fed to humanazoids.
