Increments

Someone who previously completed a cycle, can you write down your max for any exercise, and the increments that you used during your cycle.

This would be a lot of help to me, for I know how to put it all on paper, but actually completing the increments is another thing for me(because of the fatigue, not because I'm lazy.)

i use 5k or 10lb for squats deadlift bench etc
and 2k or 4lb for arms shoulders etc..then i worked out my maxes and worked down by 6.
