I need help with my first cycle

hi there,

I am tired of doing a normal split, so thats why i am switching over too HST!!

What do you think of my cycle?

Week 0 measurment rm's
Week 0 Rest
Week 1 & 2 2 sets of 15rm
Week 3 2 sets of 10rm
Week 4 1 set of 10rm
Week 5 2 sets of 5rm
Week 6 1 set of 5rm
Week 7 repeat week 5 & 6
Week 8 rest

Squat
(maybe romanian deadlift)
Chins/Pulldown
Barbell row
Deadlift
Calf raise
Incline DB press
Close grip bench press
shrugs
Military press
Incline DB curls

Then i have a other question!. I can only train on monday, tuesday and thursday. So i miss the rest between monday and  tuesday. What to do???

personaly i would do this
2x15s wk 1,2
2x10s wk 3,4
3x5s wk 5,6
wk 8,9,just carry on using your 5rep max for 2 wks if you can up the weight then go ahead if not dont worry..you will still get benefit from using the same weight for 2 more wks.

just do the days you can 2 days together should be ok..but you might find deadlifts and squats together might get a bit difficult..definetly dont do romanians as well as deadlifts..good luck

weeks 1 and 2: 1x15
weeks 3 and 4: 2x10
weeks 5 and 6: 3x5
weeks 7 and 8: keeping working w/ 5RMs seeking to add weight each workout OR ding negatives(TUT)

Ok..here mine ub/lb split

Monday (UB)

Chins/Pulldown
Barbell row
Deadlift
Incline DB press
Close grip bench press
Military press
Incline DB curls

Tuesday (LB)

Squat
Legcurl
Calf raise
Shrugs
AB Crunches

Thurday (Full body)

Squat
(maybe romanian deadlift)
Chins/Pulldown
Barbell row
Deadlift
Calf raise
Incline DB press
Close grip bench press
shrugs
Military press
Incline DB curls

i think it is ok now
 
Simplify, do not spplit LB/UB, do full body each day 3x/week, easier to progress with + better hypertrophy.
 
Ok i will stick to my first split (first post), but what about the 48 hour recovering time?? (because i can only train on MO,TU and Thursday)
 
If you can only train those days, then no problem man! I think 48 hours is like the most you should wait till you lift again.
