Not to hijack this thread, but I wanted to respond to your question about the 15s and lactic acid. By the end of my 10 week HST cycle (which includes three weeks of 5s and two weeks of negatives), my elbows are usually shot. I always begin each new cycle with two weeks of 15s -- performed slowly to maximize the burn -- and by the end the pains are gone. Magic.

Thank you very much for the reply. Though skeptical, I figured there was a reason for incorporating higher reps. I found the explaination in the HST FAQ as well, but I wanted to hear some more anecdotal evidence.
 
Oh, I think I know what my problem is: I have a very physical job.
