When I do close grip bench my left elbow clicks when I lower the bar to my chest. Now this itself doesn't hurt but when I do pullups/chinups (palms facing me) the inside of my left elbow does hurt. I can do my reps but afterwards the elbow bothers me. Is this a common problem that lifters have? Or do you think it's a problem with my cg bench form? I've gone through about 6 cycles and do pullups with each one and cg with about 3 of them and I haven't had this problem before. If anyone has had a similar problem any help/advice would be appreciated.
