how to use N-Large II

Its just a calorie supplement - you take it whenever you need to in order to get you calories above maintenance.

Try to get as many of your calories as you can from real food, and then just add the weight gainer when you need to. Morning, lunchm before bed . . . doesn't matter.

You could use it as a post-workout shake... When I used a weight gainer, my preferred method was to take it before bedtime but ONLY if I didn't hit my calorie goals that day. Personally, I hate weight gainers, I think they taste way too sweet on average.
A cheap alternative is to just add some olive oil to your whey shakes, that is if you don't mind the extra fats. Olive oil is very calorie dense and when you put it in whey, it doesn't effect the taste much at all.

Doesnt that make it all slimey? Also, since a gainer is around 600kcals per serving (assuming you want that serving size) and 2 serving of whey is about 200kcal (50g protein), how do you make up the difference? (Cant be olive oil only can it?)

Milk. 2 cups of milk, 3-4 scoops of whey and 1/4 cup of olive oil. It's not slimey at all and doesn't taste bad. Though if you aren't used to olive oil, you may notice the taste more. I don't see why you couldn't use some other oil, such as flax or whatever.

If you really wanted some carbs in it, you could just add some dextrose or whatever. Maybe even a bit of oatmeal, though I think that comes out terrible in a blender.
