Free meal planning software or website?

Yes, fit day is great for tracking... and I even attempt to use it for planning. But what I need is some software or a website that can spit out meal plans - so I don't have to waste so much time shaping my meals. Seriously, I take like 10-20+ minutes a day to plan the food for the next day. Fitday is great, but I'd like something that would give me grouped foods...

Does anyone use such a tool, and if so where?

If not, do you guys follow the same meal plans every day?

I use excel spreadsheets. Made a foodbank with the foods I usually eat and copy and paste. If you're that strapped for time or just getting sick of planning meals you could make up some core meal days in advance and just swap them around.

For example, you could plan 3 or 4 different meal routines for workout days and swap them around depending on how you feel. On the same token you could make up different meals that add up to the same amount of calories and just rotate those. Whatever tickles your pickle.

The foodbank thing is a bit of an invesment but it is well worth it when all you have to do is copy and paste. It also helps if you alphabetize it.

HTH.
