First cycle was thrown off

Last Sunday (November 6), I finished my second week of 15's and was getting ready to start my first week of 10's on Wednesday (November 9).

However, I came down with a pretty bad head cold that knocked me out from Monday-Friday (Work stress did not help.)

To to it off, I moved on Saturday and Sunday (November 12 and 13).

Sunday and Monday I was just exhausted and didn't think it would be a good thing to workout due to fatigue and not being able to eat very well.

It is now Tuesday, November 15.

What can I do?
Can I start my 10's today? Tomorrow?

Do I have to start over?
I feel like things are settling down and my diet is back to normal and I am getting better sleep.

Any suggestions?
I'm hoping I don't have to start 15's again, but if I do, so be it.

I wouldn't restart the 15's, since they aren't such a vital microcycle for hypertrophy. You should be fine to start up the 10's.
