Ok so I started my sets of 5 reps this past week. Next weeks workouts are kinda messed up because of my gym being closed Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. So instead of taking the weekend off (like I normally do) I'll be heading in to start my second week tomorrow. Then I'll go in again on Tuesday. And I guess hit my 5 rep maxes on Saturday. Now here's where I need some clarification. I then continue to do my 5 rep maxes for an additional 2 weeks??? Do I continue to use the predetermined max weights or should I increase it as the weight becomes easier???
