I'm a big Optimum Nutrition fan myself.
For fast protein, you'll want a whey protein that you like. Note that whey protein ISOLATE is higher quality than concentrate (and gives me less gas). I love Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey, right now I'm on Extreme Milk Chocolate flavor.
For slow protein, you can get a mixed protein like Pro Complex or even Muscle Milk (not recommended due to fat and sugar content), or go all the way and get Casein protein.
