CLA and Antioxidants

when you say avoid antioxidants around a workout does that include vitamin C, E, Melatonin, Selenium...because my multi vitamin has most of these and i take two per day.
 
Yes. It's better to take your antioxidants after training. A few hours after would be better than right after.
 
How do you take CLA..?
I bought 250g of the stuff and it makes me gag. The taste and smell linger, even the diashwaher keeps an after-smell fromwashing containers it was in.
