if going on a low-carb diet (which i will likely do next cycle to cut fat), my assumption is that muscle glycogen might be an issue. therefore would it be better to stay with light, long-duration cardio (which supposedly prefers liver glycogen and then fat after that), esp if on something like a CKD? (not saying yet that i will, but i might).
